Our Booking Procedure
The booking procedure that we have put in place ensures that stallholders have their own public liability insurance, food hygiene certificates where required and tries to avoid duplication of stalls.
- To apply for a stall, please email: abertilleryaberfest@gmail.com giving brief details of the items you will be selling and your contact details including your name and phone number.
- You will then be sent a Booking Application Form link.
- Please complete the form in full otherwise it will be pinged back to you
- A copy of your Public Liability insurance certificate must be uploaded via the Booking Application Form
- Food sellers must also upload a copy of their current Food Hygiene certificate, via the Booking Application Form.
- Payment in full must be made at the time of application and our bank details are given on the Booking Application Form.
- Our terms and conditions are included within the Booking Application Form and must be read and understood. Bookings can only proceed where applicants have indicated that they have agreed them.
- A variety of goods on offer gives people coming to the event more to look and a lack of duplication gives a chance of a more profitable day for our stallholders. Therefore we are not able to accept a booking to sell goods or services already offered by another stallholder.
- The decision on whether or not to accept a booking lies solely with the event organiser, Ffrindiau Tyleri.
- You will be advised of the outcome of your application promptly on receipt of the payment for the stall. Should you application not be accepted, your fees will be returned to you promptly.
